Day before counting, ACB serves Kejriwal, since AAP alleges ‘Cercado de Horses’. BJP says that ‘he will not tolerate’ claims

The Bharatiya Janata party said Friday that he was taking “very seriously” the accusations of trade of horses level against the party for the head of the AAM Aami party, Arvind Kejriwal.

On Thursday, Kejriwal said that 16 AAP candidates had received calls offered by ministerial literas and RS 15 million rupees each if they left the game and joined the BJP.

“We are taking the accusations of horses seriously and the part has filed a complaint about it. What is the basis of these accusations? BJP will not tolerate it,” said the deputy of BJP, Bojoj Tiwari, speaking with Ani.

The AAP deputy, Sanjay Singh, spoke with journalists on Friday outside the office of the Anti Corruption Office (ACB) that said he has come to file a complaint against BJP.

“I have come here to file a complaint before our lawyer. BJP is delivered to the horses and have offered rs 15 million rupees to our MLA and ministers. I am here in the ACB office to file a complaint against BJP,” said Singh .

The sources within ACB said that Singh has registered a complaint in writing.

After the accusations, Lieutenant Governor of Delhi, VK Saxena, ordered an investigation into the statements made by Kejriwal. The main secretary of LG wrote a letter to the main secretary to conduct an ACB investigation into the matter.

A team of five ACB members visited Kejriwal’s residence on Friday after LG’s actions along with AAP’s legal team.

However, Kejriwal’s lawyer said that ACB officials reached the Kejriwal residence without any official document.

“To enter anyone’s residence for investigation or search, the agency in question must have written orders to do so. When entering the property of someone without legal orders, it is illegal and is considered to invade,” said lawyer Rishikesh Sharma

Sanjeev Nasiar, head of the AAP’s legal cell, said that ACB officials notified Kejriwal and will respond to the notice properly.

“When the ACB team came here, they had no notice, but after receiving instructions from someone, they have given us a notice. We will respond to the notice properly. Although Sanjay Singh presents our complaint in the ACB Office, the LG office is being used badly.

“They carried stationary articles in that yellow envelope. They were asked to reach the residence of Arvind Kejriwal and just arrived here without any official document. Research agencies have been reduced to a joke,” he said.

With the support of Kejriwal’s claim of poaching, AAP candidate of the constituency of the Sultanpur Majra assembly, Mikesh Ahlawat shared a screenshot of a WhatsApp audio call. The screenshot showed a phone number and Ahlawat said that the person he called said that his party was going to win and that if Ahlawat changed the side, it would be minister and would give him 15 million rupees.

“I received a call from this number. He said his government is being formed, a minister will make me and will also give me 15 million rupees,” Ahlawat said in an X position.

“I want to tell you that with the respect that Kejriwal Ji and Aap’s party have given me, I will never leave my group until my death,” he added.
