On Thursday, more than three years after the death of the victims, a jury condemned Hamilton for murder for serious crime, two first -degree reckless homicide charges, attempted first -degree intentional homicide, first -degree reckless injury, theft by armed hand and possession of a minor crime of a minor crime of dangerous weapon.

The complaint says that the cell phone data showed that Hamilton was sending a message to a 19 -year plans to steal it.

The officers again used a surveillance video, which according to them showed that a driver and a passenger left the car. The passenger described the shorter than the driver, stood near the car, backed down and then fell.

According to the police, the investigators found rifle baskets on scene 37 and Marion that coincided with those found in the previous shooting near 92º and Sheridan, helping to gather the case.
