The woman’s claims store left dangerous needles in the box and was injured

Dothan, wing. (WTVY) -A Dothan woman states that a medical receptacle intended to be new had been used and blames negligence by the store that sold it for causing serious injuries.

Terryann Dunning said he went to Wiregrass’s bargains in Dothan on July 6 and bought a Medical Sharps container, which alleged that the store previously returned to the original box after someone else used it.

Dunning, on his side of the story, said he did not know that the box contained several medical needles, including one that stood out from the box and wounded it.

According to the lawsuit filed in the Houston County Circuit Court on Friday, Dunning suffered “serious and permanent bodily injuries” and “financial difficulties” due to the negligence of Wiregrass bargains. The lawsuit filed by lawyer Terry Carey did not specify the type of injury or damages requested.

The records show that Houston County agents received a copy of the complaint against Wiregrass offers on Friday night, but do not indicate that the officers have served those documents, a process that can take several days.

The records do not list a lawyer who can speak on behalf of the store, who has 30 days to respond to the accusations.
