Spring training brewers: new teammate learning new names – slowly

The Milwaukee Brewers lost some big names during the low season, but there are always new players. And for those who joined the team, thrown into a room with dozens of new teammates, it can be a bit uncomfortable.

What they are saying:

The brewers signed Tyler Alexander last week. The pitcher played for Tampa Bay last year, and Detroit the previous year. He had never been in Arizona before for spring training.

“Hard. It has been terrible with names for so long, and it also makes me feel even worse,” he said. “Once people start wearing t -shirts, I can lower their last names a little. Apart from that, I am looking a lot of the name dishes and sometimes I know people twice, presenting me, it is a bit shameful, but it is a lot of people.

“I feel bad, but I feel like 100 people a day, so it’s difficult. Give me some time and nail it.”

The leaflet of the Jacob Misiorski brewers said the same. Last year he was first beaten at a club house in the older league, but he feels more comfortable this year.

“The first time you are a scared child at the back of the room, as ‘I don’t know anyone and you’re a great league’, so I really didn’t talk to anyone.” said. “Now I feel more comfortable, and it’s a lot of fun.”

The team feels more comfortable among them this spring training than the last one, and the brewers think it will be a secret weapon. Sal Frowck said the players remained in contact during the low season.
