The suspect of sea robbery faces 12 new charges for serious crimes

Prosecutors have presented 12 new positions for serious crimes against Branson Albert, a man accused of attacking travelers’ vehicles in the parking lot of Seattle-Tacoma airport.

According to the reports, the robberies occurred after Albert was released from jail for similar positions.

Albert is accused of breaking into cars and stealing them while their owners were out. The prosecutor described the new positions as part of a behavior pattern.

“It’s incredibly frustrating that these cases occur over and over again,” said Casey McNnernney, spokesman for the prosecutor’s office.

Judicial records indicate that Albert has had 33 arrest orders in the last decade and faces at least six cases of serious slope. His most recent arrest involved the Federal Police of Way that shot him while arresting him in a stolen airport car. Despite this, Albert was released under his own recognition after an appearance in the Court in November.

A few weeks after his release, the police reported that Albert was back at the airport, with at least six victims whose cars were stolen or broken.

“Even while it has an arrest warrant for this same exact crime, there is at the airport, again, stealing people’s cars and entering cars,” McNnernney said. “What options do prosecutors do if this cycle continues?”

Prosecutors plan to continue returning to the Court to demonstrate Albert’s behavior pattern and defend a high bail. “When you have that violation of judicial orders, it is frustrating for all,” Mcnernney added.
