The DV COE gains triple and LTC athletes have good afternoon at the end of the opportunity-scripon times-tribune

The Senior of Delaware Valley, Liliana Coe, obtained a first place in the triple jump in the Ban Last Chance Invitational on Saturday to lead the performances of the athletes of the Lackwanna Track Conference that compete this interior season.

COE jumped 35 feet, 5 inches to land in front of Lydia Delite of the Moon area, who finished second in 34-10 at Bucknell University. Aiden Welnpaupack Janowicz finished second in a mile with a time of 4: 37.43. Hughesville Senior Shea McCusker won in 4: 20.94.

Western Wayne Junior Robert Carrelle finished third in the 60 obstacles at 9.14. Senior Senior Carlos Stuter won at 8.66. Carrelle also ended sixth in the pole jump (13-0) and is a state qualifier with his best 14-0 season, and his teammate Anthony Yannone was eighth (10-6).

Holy Cross Junior Kevin Vincent finished fourth in the triple jump with a 40-11 mark. New Oxford Junior Brayden Billman won with a distance of 43-5.

Lorenzo Christian de Montrose finished eighth in the 3,000 with a time of 10: 07.98.

The Junior of Delaware Valley, Frannie Russo, ended eighth in 400 in 1: 05.62.

The second year student of Wallenpaupack, June Brown, also had an eighth place in 800 with a time of 2: 38.70.

In addition, the last year student of Valley View, Tom Fiorelli, is a state qualifier with his best distance of the 53-2 season at the bullet launch at the beginning of this winter. The Junior of Abington Heights, Anna Pucilowski, is a qualifier for 1,600 (5: 04.74), and the teammate Tomara Seid is a state rating in the triple jump (36-7.75).

Wilkes-Barre Junior Da’von Underwood finished second in the length (22-1.25) and is a qualifier for the state meeting. The Senior of Emaus, Konstantinos Panagopoulos, won with a jump of 22-11.

The second year student of Wilkes-Barre, Leah Pryor, ended eighth in the triple jump (30-10).

Nicco Diana de Lake-Lehman was third in 800 (2: 10.88), and teammate Stephen Martin was fourth (2: 10.92). McCusker won in 2: 00.18.

Other WVC athletes that have been classified for the state meeting depending on the performances are Madison Hedglin de Dallas at 3,200 (10: 54.75) and his teammate Julia Natitus in 400 (58.83) and the 60s Hurdles (9.18).
