Gardaí breaks the fight while the protesters gather outside the Russian embassy in Dublin

Around 150 protesters gathered and asked Ireland to remain with Ukraine amid fears that he is freezing for peace conversations between Moscow and the president of the United States, Donald Trump.

The march marks the third anniversary of the large -scale invasion of Russia of Ukraine and occurs amid fragile relations between the United States and Europe after Donald Trump launched an extraordinary verbal attack against Zelensky last week. The president of the United States called the leader of Ukraine as a “dictator” and seemed to accuse Ukraine of starting the war.

The protesters brought Ukrainian flags and banners along with posters that condemn the invasion and the Russian president Vladimir Putin.

However, when the speakers went to the crowd, a counterprotestor of people outside the group led to a fight and Gardaí was forced to intervene. They have not reported injured and arrests have not been made.

A participant, Helen Dwyer, who attended the protest, said she did not believe that the situation in Ukraine would continue as long as she has done.

“I cannot believe that three years pass, and we believe that the West has to wake up and help Ukraine and solve this with a fair victory,” he said.

Mrs. Dwyer said that Trump should be excluded from any conversation, marking a “wheel concessionaire.”

“He is trying to steal Ukraine from his lithium, and is trying to make them pay when they are in their slightest reflux. For me it looks like a predator looking for an opportunity, ”he added.

Mrs. Dwyer said her presence in today’s protest: “You feel that there are not many things that you can do against a war in Ukraine, so you have to do the little things you can do, as a protest.”

Another protester, John Farrelly, said: “I think Ireland has to support and with Ukraine, particularly with the developments of recent weeks with President Trump. Even more, Europe must be the bastion of Ukraine. “

He said about the solutions proposed by Trump to end the war: “I was waiting for the worst, but it is even worse than the worst for him effectively ask President Zelensky and the Ukrainian people who surrender, which is effectively what he wants.”

Yaroslav Ruban, from the Ukraine Embassy, went to the protesters when the heavy rain went down and the clouds obscured the sky.

“Three years ago, Russian aggression changed the lives of millions of Ukrainians and all peoples abroad who respect freedom, democracy and the rule of law. We must not forget that our war with Russia has been happening for 11 years when Russia brutally occupied the territory of Crimea and eastern Ukraine, ”he said.

“This war is not just about Ukraine. Russia is fighting the war against democracy itself, its objective is to destabilize democratic countries to spread autocracy and undermine democratic values that have joined us all, “he added.
