Man accused of murder outside Cleveland Bar

Cleveland, Ohio (WOIO)-Cuyo Cuyo’s prosecutors say that a 24-year-old was accused on Monday in relation to a deadly shooting in the center of Cleveland last year.

The researchers say that Simajah Harris, 24, was killed outside the Daiquiri Frozen bar in Bolívar Road on December 28, 2024.

The American seafood arrested Dipon Baker on February 13 in the Sydney Drive area in Euclid.

According to Cleveland Police, Baker and Harris were arguing outside the bar when Baker shot a gun, hitting Harris.

On Monday, prosecutors say that Baker was accused of charges that include murder and criminal assault.

Its reading position is scheduled for March 11, according to judicial records.
