Kamaal R Khan – Kamaal R Khan moves to the Court in search of canceling two firs

The Bollywood actor, Kamaal R Khan, has approached the Superior Court of Bombay that seeks the cancellation of two signed registered against him between 2017 and 2024. The petition establishes that Khan is a “falsely and maliciously innocent man” cases.

One of the FIR, hosted at a Mumbai police station, accuses Khan of making derogatory comments against actor Dhanush and his co-actors.

The case comes from a tweet published by Khan in 2017, where he questioned how any woman could allow the southern actor Dhanush to touch her. As a result, a FIR was recorded against him for “insulting the modesty of a woman” and supposedly sharing an obscene image of the actor along with a co -star. However, Khan, in his request, refuted the statements, arguing that there is no evidence of the existence of the tweet.

He also noted that, although the FIR was registered in 2017, it was informed about it only in 2020. It has requested a suspension in all legal procedures against it until the matter is resolved. The court is expected to listen to the case soon.

In another case, during the elections of the Maharashtra 2024 Assembly, a FIR was registered against Khan for not being able deposit your license weapon. The Mumbai police had found their closed house when they visited to collect the weapon, which led to a charging sheet against him and a surveillance circular (LOC) is issued.

After a hearing from the Superior Court, Khan later deposited his weapon, after which the circular was canceled. In his plea, he declared that he had obtained the firearm for self -protection in 2008 and had never been asked to deliver it until 2024. He said that when the police ordered him to deposit the weapon, he was in London and, therefore, not He could to fulfill.

This is not the The first time Khan has approached the Superior Court Looking for the cancellation of firs. He was previously arrested in another case and had presented a similar petition, although it has not yet been heard.
