Tottenham They are still dealing with a series of injuries and will be without six players when Manchester City host on Wednesday night.

The spurs are coming out of a hat-trick of Premier League victories about BrentfordManchester United and Ipswich Town, stopping a worrying slide on the table.

The Ange Postecoglou team will not be happy with the 12th in the highest category, where they currently sit down, but they are looking up again after the victory trio.

His headaches due to injuries are decreasing, but they are not completely cured and Postecoglou will continue to lose six players who were not available in Ipswich.

Speaking at a press conference on Tuesday, the Australian said: ‘It will be the same team as the weekend. All who played are good.

“With the injured guys, all progressing and during the next 7-10 days we will recover them.”

Those ‘wounded types’ that are close to a return are Dominic Solanke, Richarlison, Micky Van de Ven and Cristian Romero, and the four expect to play against Bournemouth in the Premier League on March 9.

Radu Dragusin is also out for a prolonged period of time due to an ACL injury, while Ben Davies will not play on Wednesday.

The Welsh defender is not in serious problems, but Postecoglou wants to make sure he is completely fit for the meeting.

He explained: “He has been taking a blow for a while and to be fair, he has played through him, but I said before this is a key period and I want so many players in the best possible conditions and after this game we have a Seven -day rest that takes Europe, League, Europe League and those games are huge for us.

‘I don’t see what I need to push. He has not readjusted. He has only taken something that I don’t want to push right now.

Timo Werner is an option for the Australian, who says about the German striker: “He has trained and is available for tomorrow.”

The opposite number of postecoglou on Wednesday, Pep Guardiola, also addressed its great concern for injuries, although I could not confirm if Erling Haaland would return on the Manchester City side or not.

The Norwegian has lost the recent defeats of Real Madrid and Liverpool with a minor knee problem, but has been training.

“We will know it tonight after training,” Guardiola said about Haaland. ‘I hope (he will be fit) but I still don’t know. He feels better, but the last two games he could not play. We will see tomorrow.

He asked his point of view about Tottenham and specifically his manager, Guardiola said about Postecoglou: ‘I have a great opinion about him. I try not to judge the results, you have to see the ideas; Sometimes it’s going well, sometimes not much, but I have a high and high opinion.

‘A fantastic team, individual quality that they have always had, the rhythm with which they play, the intensity, the incredible runners in the transition. But lately I have seen that they are a little more pause in the last third, more additional passes … The results dictate a thing, but my opinion about the team is completely the opposite. ‘
