Sixth suspect accused of Damien McDaniel on Birmingham Homicide night after 5 points South Mass Shoting

A sixth person has been accused in the The ambush kills a 32 -year -old Birmingham man during the theft of his backpack.

Crishawn Ja’mel Mclemore-Bruce, a 23-year-old Grove pleasant man, joins the defendant Misa McDaniel Mass murderer and five others accused of death by shots of Jamarcus McIntyre, according to the judicial records made public on Tuesday.

McLore-Bruce is also accused of three positions of murder attempt in the same incident in which two other people were injured and a third person who was shot but not injured.

A Grand Jury of the Jefferson County accused McLore-Bruce in November, and was arrested on February 20.

The others loaded with McLEMORE-BRUCE and MCDANIEL are: Larry Rollins, 32; Ny’quan Lolar, 22; Demarco Beck Jr., 29; and Zachary Holmes, 31.

Birmingham Police today against the new charges against McDaniel in three deaths for shots, naming him as a suspect in 14 murders and the wound of another 30, in a period of 14 months.

Just before 9:30 pm on Sunday, September 22, the city’s shooting detection system, Shoot Spotter, alerted shooting officers in the community of Lake South East, specifically the 700 block of 81st Place South.

Shoot Spotter recorded at least 30 rounds, and there were multiple evidence markers placed in the middle of the 81st place to the south.

Once on the scene, they found McIntyre without answering on the sidewalk. Two others were also injured, including a woman who was also found insensitive but survived.

Jefferson County prosecutors maintain in judicial documents that McDaniel and Lolar were among three shooters who opened fire against McIntyre in the horrible ambush that was captured in the home of homemade surveillance.

Researchers have not yet been able to identify the third shooter.

The prosecutors say that McDaniel, Lolar and the third man sat in a vehicle parked in front of the house in the 700 of 81st Place South that Sunday night, hoping to kill McIntyre, whom they had attacked.

Holmes, according to judicial records, was inside the house with McIntyre that feeds information to the other suspects, including Rollins and Beck that were not on the real scene.

The shooters remained in the car until Mcintyo left the house and immediately died.

Multiple and simultaneous conversations were held in the hours prior to the murder of McIntyre.

Holmes sent a text message to Beck the exact address and described McIntyre. “Black black shirt with a white shirt, black bag, only black hat with a hat inside.”

Rollins supposedly transmitted the address to McDaniel, accompanied by two photos of McIntyre.

McDaniel, at one time, told Rollins that a neighbor was still coming out and looking.

“Where fights? Send a photo ”Rollins sent a text message to McDaniel, who sent Rollins and attracted a photo of the house to the other side of the street from where the murder took place.

Shortly before 9 PM, McDaniel, in a text to Beck and Rollins, said: “I’m Finna Run in Det Hoe.”

They told him that the doors were closed and replied: “I have a sum to open them.” He also sent a text message: “I will put the dog on fire that Kum comes out.”

Then he sent a text message to Beck and Rollins: “I am a shit of conversation, I am hitting.”

The records also show multiple telephone and facetime calls, both incoming and outgoing, registered on the Rollins phone that led to 9:18 pm.

All suspects remain retained without bail.
