Anthony Carr-Pierce has been accused of child pornography

A Roxborough man posted 60 images of child pornography online through a messaging application and had 114 additional photos and videos stored on his cell phone that represented the children, including some that still do not have 12 months, to be raped and attacked Sexually, Montgomery County prosecutors said Wednesday.

Anthony Carr-Pierce, 38, has been accused of child pornography and remained in custody instead of a bail of $ 1 million, according to judicial records. Carr-Pierce had retained a lawyer through the County Public Defender’s office, but it was not clear on Wednesday who would handle his case.

Prosecutors began investigating Carr-Pierce in September, when a user of the KIK online messaging platform filed a complaint before the National Center for missing and exploited children on child pornography that is being loaded to the website, according to the statement Sworn of probable cause for your arrest.

Three additional tips were made in October, and the identified pornography in the complaints originated in Gmail accounts registered in Carr-Pierce, said the affidavit. Some of the offensive images identified in the complaints were later found on their cell phone when the police recorded the device, the document said.

The videos represented naked children, from babies to preteen, who are forced to perform sexual acts or be attacked by adults, according to the affidavit.

According to judicial documents, the authorities discovered texts from a KIK account recorded in the direction of Gmail de Carr-Pierce in which the user discussed that he sexually abused children under their care and offered to exchange child pornography with other users.

Carr-Pierce is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in the District Court on Friday.
