The owner of the bar assaulted, burned after facing bad breeders in the Bharati Vidyapeeth area

Pune: In a horrible incident, on Wednesday night the owner of a bar was given fire in the Pune Bharati Vidyapeeth area. This happens only a few hours after another shocking case of rape appeared in the city.

According to Marathi News Portal Saam TV, a group of men was causing a disturbance out of Sanjeevni Bar when the owner intervened to stop them. Instead of dispersing, the criminals became violent, brutally assaulting it. As the situation intensified, they poured gas on him and set him fire, leaving him seriously injured.

Eye witnesses intervened quickly and took the victim to a nearby hospital, where he is receiving treatment. Its condition remains critical.

According to the media reports, the group had misbehaved outside the bar for some time. When the owner tried to intervene, they attacked him. Later, when he tried to go to the Sassoon hospital, the assailants arrested him, set fire to his bike and assaulted him.

Pune Police have launched an investigation and is working to identify and detain the culprits. Officials have assured that strict measures will be taken against those responsible.

Only a few hours earlier, a history colleagues allegedly violated a 26 -year -old woman inside a state -owned state bus at the busy Swargate bus station in the city, and multiple teams are looking for the defendant who is fleeing, police said Wednesday.

The Minister of Transportation, Pratap scanik, ordered that the 23 private security guards used at the bus station were replaced. He also instructed MSRTC’s managing director, Vivek Bhimanwar, to make a departmental consultation and submit a report in seven days, said an official statement.

As the incident created outrage, local workers of Shiv Sena (UBT) organized a protest at the Swargate station during which the security office at the facilities was destroyed.
