Romania returns active to the influential Andrew Tate, the prohibition of traveling raised

London – The influence of social networks Andrew Tate has had properties, vehicles, bank accounts and shares of the company that returned Romanian authorities, said its spokesman.

Tate, along with his brother Tristan, flew to Florida on Thursday from Bucharest after a trip prohibition imposed on the couple was raised during an investigation of trafficking in persons.

The 100% participation of Andrew Tate in “War Room Vegas” and the 50% participation of Tristan Tate in “SC Spirit House Enterprises” were also returned, said the spokesman.

The Romanian anti -changed crimes agency said that prosecutors had approved a “request to modify the obligation preventing the defendants from leaving Romania.”

Diicot added: “These include the requirement to appear before the judicial authorities each time they are convened.

“The defendants have been warned to deliberately violate these obligations can result in the judicial control being replaced by a stricter deprivation of the measure of freedom.”

Four women who have accused Tate of rape and coercive control and have filed a civil claim against them in the United Kingdom said that the news has left them “retraumatized.”

The brothers were initially arrested in December 2022.

In Romania, the Tate brothers face accusations of traffic of minors, sexual relations with a minor and money laundering.

A separate case against them, in which they are accused of human trafficking and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, has been sent back to prosecutors.

In the United Kingdom, the Bedfordshire police assured a European arrest warrant for separate accusations of violation and human trafficking.

Those accusations, that the two brothers “deny unequivocally,” date back to 2012-2015.
