Man and woman seriously attacked in Edinburgh

A man and a woman were taken to the hospital after they were seriously attacked in the Scottish capital.

Around 5.30 PM on Thursday, the police were called to Stenhouse Drive, near Saughton, Edinburgh, where the couple was recovered by emergency service teams and taken to the hospital through the ambulance.

Inspector Alison Lawrie, from the Scotland Police, said: “Research are continuous to establish complete circumstances.

“A police presence will remain in the area while we conduct investigations and any person with any concern or information can approach these officers.”
