Mass fire in nj home gravy woman hint

A woman was hospitalized with serious injuries on Thursday after a mass fire broke out inside a house in Tenafly, according to firefighters and media reports.

The flames exploded around 11:45 am inside the house in Cameron Road between West Clinton Avenue and Somerset Road, authorities said.

Tenafly, Englewood, Dumont and other nearby cities responded to the scene and confirmed that no one remained inside.

The flames shot from the house and the smoke sank over the neighborhood, as seen in the images published on social networks.

The authorities told ABC7ny.com that the woman had been evacuated before the first responders arrived at the scene. She was hospitalized with serious burns and smoke inhalation, said the news station.

The woman was taken to the Medical Center of the University of Hackensack, where her condition was not immediately available on Friday morning.

The fire squad of the Bergen County Prosecutor is investigating the fire.

Public records show that a local couple bought the house in July.
