*The adjustment of the profitability indicators is carried out due to the temporary regulatory difference of the regulated profitability approved by the National Energy Regulatory Council. The indicators are adjusted for the correction of the income, which has already been approved by the decision of the Board when the regulated transmission service prices of the report period were approved. In addition, the indicators are adjusted by deviation of the real profitability approved by the Council (regulated) and real of the report period, which the Council will evaluate when determining the prices of the transmission service for the next period.
