Leyva was finally arrested after being persecuted by the police.

The judicial documents obtained by 10News reveal that Leyva was previously diagnosed with “acute psychosis” in 2021.

Lawyers have not said how the mental history of Leyva will come into play.

Jamison’s ex -husband says they have been warned in the past about the behavior of Leyva.
