Seriously injured woman after being hit by a vehicle in Stoddard county

Aquill, Mo. (KFVS) – A woman was hospitalized after she was hit by a vehicle in Stoddard County, Missouri.

According to the report of the Missouri state road patrol, the incident occurred around 6:25 pm on Saturday, March 1. It happened in Mo 25, a mile north of Aquilla.

The road patrol says that a Hyundai Tucson 2012 hit a pedestrian on the road.

The pedestrian, identified as a 24 -year -old woman from Bloomfield, Missouri, was seriously injured. It was transported by ambulance to the St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
