NPA decide if there is a high treason against Afriforum, solidarity

Johannesburg – The National Prosecutor’s Authority (NPA) will decide whether there is in fact a high betrayal case against Afriforum and solidarity minority lobby groups.

The accusations have been presented by Afriforum and solidarity to the administration of US President Donald Trump.

Organizations, at least two occasions, have held meetings with the United States, pressing Trump to intervene and hold the African National Congress (ANC) for what they have described as threats to Afrikaans culture.

This follows the implementation of the Law on the Amendment of Basic Education Laws and the Expropriation Law.

Speaking to EWN, Hawks Head, General Godfrey Lebeya, confirmed that they were investigating.

“This type of investigation must be done thoroughly and the decision must also be taken by the NPA at higher levels.”
