Mannheim live updates: two dead after the car leads to the crowd in the German city of Mannheim as a suspect arrested

We still have no official information about the incident in Mannheim, apart from the warning of the police that we just brought.

But the local departure Mannheimer Morgen cites a witness saying that a car “ran” through the city and hit a crowd in a city market.

“You just see the wounded and the dead, and you don’t know what to do,” says a man in the market. The police have not yet given details about whether there have been casualties.

The German Bild exit says the car was a black SUV. We will bring more details as soon as we receive them.
