Alexander Brothers faces more violation claims when the New York window closes

A series of demands against Brothers Alexander appeared in New York last week, hours before the expiration of a city law, allowing survivors to sue their alleged perpetrators.

Thirteen more women presented themselves to sue the former runners as their brother Alon between Thursday and Friday, which takes the total number of actions against the brothers to at least 28. The last civil statements joined the growing accusations of the drugged brothers and violated women for two decades in New York, Miami, the Hampton, Moscow, the Bahamas and Mexico.

Most of the New York headquarters were presented under the Law of Genus Motivated Violence Protection of the City, which was modified in 2022 to create a new window for those who allege gender -based attacks to sue, regardless of when the incident occurred. The provision entered into force in March 2023 and expired on February 28, 2025.

Now that the deadline of GMVA has passed, the survivors are subject to the statute of existing limitations of New York, which allows them to file demands up to nine years from the date of the alleged attack.

The city measure is similar to a state provision called Adult Survivors Law, known as the Statute used by E. Jean Carroll to sue President Donald Trump in 2022. The ASA established a narrower framework for victims of sexual violence to present claims, with the one -year window that expired in November 2023.

The Alexanders lawyers have retired against the use of the city’s law by the plaintiffs, arguing that it is time for the window created by state law. A lawsuit against such was dismissed in January after a judge put on the side of the defense, although the plaintiff, Angelica Parker, is appealing the decision.

The demands filed against the Alexanders are separated from the criminal procedures that are developed in New York and the South of Florida, although the lawyers of the brothers have suggested that there is an overlap between women interviewed by prosecutors and those who have presented civil claims.

Criminal investigation began later The real business They first reported in June two demands filed in New York for women who claim that they were raped in separate attacks that took place in 2010 and 2012. In the following week, 28 women approached the lawyer who filed the demands with similar accusations.

Tal, Oren and Alon were arrested in Miami in December after federal authorities revealed an accusation that accused them of sexual trafficking and conspiracy to commit sexual trafficking. Prosecutors say they have spoken with more than 60 women who claim that they were attacked by one or more of the Alexanders.

Accusations in civil demands have echoed what prosecutors described in the accusation as a drug pattern and sexually assaulting women who knew in bars, nightclubs and through appointment applications. The accusation also describes the attempts of the Alexanders of intimidating and discrediting their alleged victims to prevent them from presenting with accusations.

Prosecutors said they plan to expand charges against the brothers with an accusation of replacement, which could already appear in spring. Prosecutors have also emphasized that other men, who have not yet been identified, were involved in the alleged sexual trafficking scheme.

The federal trial is scheduled for January 2026 in the Southern District of New York, where the three brothers were transferred at the beginning of the year. Tal, Oren and Alon are detained without bail at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center.

Oren, Alon and his family friend, Ohad Fisherman, also face state -rape charges in Miami, where they have been accused of three positions of sexual assault and Alon and Ohad with a position of sexual assault. His judgment could begin as soon as May.

Alexanders and fishermen have denied accusations and declared themselves innocent of all criminal charges.

Here is a summary of the complaints filed in recent days: 1

Howard Lorber, Alexander’s parents sued

In a bomb complaint filed on Friday, five women sued Tal, Oren and Alon, as well as their parents, Shlomy and Orly Alexander, Howard Lorber, Douglas Elliman and Kent’s security of the Alexander family. The women, Thaty Bruczynski, Samantha Nicholson, Milena Koste and Dos Jane, allege that the parents and Lorber allowed the brothers’ sexual trafficking scheme.

Oren and such built their careers for a decade in Douglas Elliman, before they left the company in 2022 to launch official partners, a backup broker. Lorber was president and CEO of Elliman until he was pressed to resign at the end of last year after an investigation into the company’s work culture.

The demand alleges that Lorber was “very conscious” of the women who assault the brothers, and that he organized and attended parties where it took place. He also states that he showed other ELLIMAN EMPLOYEES PHOTOS OF YOUNG WOMEN WHO WERE “SIVERS INTOXICED AND/OR DRUGED.”

Kent Security, one of the defendants in that complaint, is the family’s private security firm, where Alon was executive until his arrest. His mother, Orly, and his brother, Gil Neuman, direct the company, although Orly no longer appears as an executive on his website.

2010

Laura Buck alleges in her lawsuit against such and prayed that in 2010, she reduced the marijuana that they smoked with another drug that resulted in her loss of control of her body. In a group attack that alleges included Oren and an unnamed perpetrator with a camera, such penetrated her. Buck was a 20 -year -old university student at that time.

“As Laura began to lose control, such became more aggressive,” the complaint alleges, presented on Thursday. Oren and the third person without a name “arose through the bedroom door, in a manic and frantic way … Both men were completely naked and used condoms, apparently ready to rape it.”

Buck could escape and get home. The next day, he went to a hospital to inform the alleged attack and request a drug screen. Police, he said, blamed her for smoking marijuana and the hospital did not perform a drug test. He then tried to face such, but when that was unproductive, Buck returned to the building and wrote on the walls with a red lipstick that “Oren Alexander is a rapist” and “Tal Alexander is a rapist.” Such threatened her and presented a police report claiming that she harassed him, alleges.

Buck told the brothers’ friends by text message about the assault and even contacted the mother of the brothers, Orly Alexander, according to the complaint.

“In an effort to silence Laura, he told her that her mother had terminal cancer and that she should leave her alone,” then threatening to sue her, according to the lawsuit.

2011

In a lawsuit, Jane Doe is demanding such, Oren, John Doe and a woman identified as Hannah Bouls, a probable alias. He alleges that the Alexanders would register their attacks and, often, will “pass” women to commercial partners to sexually assault them, getting a woman who helped the victims of Alexanders trafficking, including this Jane Doe from New York City to the Hamptons, claims the demand.

The Jane Doe alleges that they pray and such and a John Doe kept it imprisoned throughout the weekend with the use of “disabling drugs” who forced, violated and recorded the assault and threatened to distribute the recording.

In another complaint filed last week, Ti Goodwin alleges that they pray sexually assaulted her in February 2011. At a party, Oren gave Goodwin a drink, before her night “turned spirally in the dark,” he claims the demand. She deteriorated and lost control of her motor functions. The next time, he allegedly remembered that he was waking up in his bed to pray vaginally penetrated. She was “unable to move, talk or cry,” according to the demand. The next morning, he woke up and fled, then telling a friend who had been attacked.

“While I wanted to go to the authorities, you was worried about the richness, power and influence of Oren,” says the demand. “Instead of informing, he repressed the memory of the horrible night and tried to advance with his life.”

Another Jane Doe presented a citation, or a warning of an intention to sue, last week in New York claiming that they raped her at a real estate conference in 2011. The woman, a real estate agent, said in her affidavit that she was drugged and attacked by Oren in her hotel room. She fears that she is on the blacklist in the industry if her identity is revealed.

2012

In a separate complaint, a Jane Doe is demanding such, Alon and Oren, as well as Ivan Wilzig, Seth Irving, Lee Kalt and Malinda Carlton for an alleged assault in 2012 in Wilzig’s Hamptons Estate, known as Sir Ivan’s castle. (Kate Whiteman, who was one of the first women in Suen and Alon, alleged in her demand that was also violated in 2012 in the Wilzig Hamptons mansion).

Jane Doe said in her demand that she was 25 when Wilzig invited her to spend the weekend of the Fallen Day in the Castle. He later learned that Irving, who used others AKA, would attract women to property so that the Alexander brothers and other guests could violate them in a “secret room.” She was drugged and assaulted several times and left the unsafe mansion of who had violated her, but was trapped by force by such or Alon, alleges in her complaint.

He later discovered that she was pregnant, and Irving admitted that one of the twins had violated her, claims the demand. Months later, he ran into the Alexander brothers and he asked: “We know each other before, don’t you remind me of the barbecue?” Jane Doe replied that she did not remember, but noticed that everyone else in the room had been except for Oren, Alon and Tal. Such then demanded oral sex, and when she refused, he grabbed her head and tried to force her. She fled the room and ran into Wilzig.

“When she told him what had happened, (Wilzig) replied: ‘Of course they were the twins,” he alleges the demand.

2015

Also last week, Alexis Zettle filed a lawsuit against such, claiming that he drugged her and raped her several times in New York in January 2015. Zettle, who was 23 years old at that time, met such in the rebound of nightclubs, where she worked as a waitress. Zettle describes feeling “very strange, and particularly out of place because of the amount of alcohol he had drunk,” claims the complaint. He describes that he can barely bear, “much less give his consent to any sexual activity.”

Later, he invited her to a trip to the Bahamas, where he said in the complaint that was attacked again.

In a separate lawsuit, Kristel Mills alleges to pray drugged and raped her in 2015. Mills said Oren approached him while he was having dinner with his friends at Hunt & Fish Club in New York City. He invited her to a party in his department, but when they arrived, no one else was there, according to the complaint. Mills alleged that he drugged the drink he prepared for her, and that she felt that her mind was clouded and her unstable body. It was then that they pray supposedly he began to kiss aggressively the mill mills, and raped her even though he said “no” and “stop,” says the demand.
