The Cyclone Alfred forces the cruises for Reds from the southeast of the coast of Queensland as the high tides and dangerous waves approach.

The cruises have deviated from the coast of the southeast of Queensland as the Tropical Alfred cyclone intensifies, causing highly dangerous tides and waves around the port of Brisbane.

In an update on Monday night, the Meteorology Office said that the weather system is expected to move to the coast from Tuesday at a rate of 14 kilometers per hour.

On Tuesday morning, the office announced that it had intensified again in a category two.

Queensland’s prime minister, David Crisafulli, said on Monday that several cruises on the state coast were forced to look for a new port.

“We are helping them,” said Crisafulli.

“I just received information only in the last minutes: two of them are looking for alternative ports and we will help them in that.

“One will strive to enter the port of Brisbane and download those passengers.

“We will do our best to help them in that regard, as well as the other two.”

According to the publication and commercial publication, the daily commercial news, all commercial shipments went to evacuate the port of Brisbane on Monday.

Most ships have been aimed at going north as the cyclone intensifies.

Steve Hardaker, traffic manager of Maritime Safety Ships of Queensland in Brisbane, warned that the tropical cyclone Alfred would bring a significant wave to the port in the next few days, interrupting the movements of boats in Brisbane until well in next week.

Queen Ana, operated by Cunard, addresses Airlie Beach in the Whitsundys, which opened a new cruise terminal in 2023, instead of the capital of Queensland.

It is understood that the Norwegian sun has left Auckland and is jumping to Brisbane and Airlie Beach to go directly to Cairns.

“In recent days, Queen Anne has been closely monitoring Cyclone Alfred, who has been causing strong winds and seas agreed along the coast of Queensland,” said a 9NEWS operator spokesman.

“After the closure of Port of Brisbane due to the adverse weather yesterday, Queen Anne sailed directly to Airlie Beach, where she will arrive on Tuesday, March 4. Then she will call Yorkey’s knob on Thursday, March 6.

“This adjustment of its itinerary allows the ship to arrive in Darwin a day before, on Monday, March 10, to spend the night before its worldwide top -level trip continues as planned.”
