What they are saying:

“(I) I walked around the house, sat in his room, (and) I thought about what had happened. After being at home, I don’t remember, not much, I didn’t want to spend there for so long. I decided to go and go find the vehicle,” said Dalus, Jr. “I thought, why not? I realize that I was in the northwest BradentónThat it is such a united community, a without exit, which means that there is a path to the northwest of Bradenton mostly and an exit. Prosecutors believe that Zeppi knew that he crashed into a person and chose to move on. They said they stopped at about 500 feet along the road, where the researchers said it was recorded in a home security video watching damage at the front of their SUV before leaving.

“He was hit with such force that his body was thrown into the entrance of his neighbor,” said Manatee County Prosecutor Michael Alonfo, adding that the investigators found the DNA of Dalus Mr. in the front of his vehicle. “The important thing about this case is what happened later. The driver did not stop, he did not call 911, and did not verify to see if the man who has just hit, Mr. Dalus, was fine.”

The defense lawyer Brett Mcintosh seemed to be sitting the foundations to argue that Zeppi did not realize that he hit Dralus, or perhaps a different vehicle did.
