Kingston, Jamaica – Jama of the Jamaica Gold Cup in the game back of the Jamaica Gold Cup against St Vincent and the Granadines will be played in Sabina Park, due to the lack of availability of the National Stadium, it was confirmed on Thursday .

Jamaica will play the first game of distance to San Vicente and Las Grenadines on Friday, March 21 at Arnos Vale Stadium and then will receive the East of the Caribbean country on Tuesday, March 25.

With the Athletics Championship of ISSA’s children, scheduled for the National Stadium, from March 25 to 29, the Jamaica Football Federation was forced to look for an alternative place for the game.

The Boyz de Jamaica, which was eliminated from the Concacaf Nations League in the quarterfinal stage, had to qualify for the Gold Cup, and the winners of each of the seven ties will be classified for the stages of the Group that is scheduled for June 14 to July 14. 6.

The raffle for the group stages of the Gold Cup is scheduled for April 10.

This will be the first time since March 2018, that our national male team will play an international in Sabina Park.

Our Senior female team played a World Cup qualifier against the Dominican Republic in 2022, while in 2023 Sabina Park organized a group in the preliminary women’s qualifiers U17.
