TAMBOO IRFAN

Srinagar, February 14: Before the exams, the Jammu and Kashmir School Board (JKBOS) has allegedly rejected the forms of 22 students of the standard tenth of a private school here.
The rejection seems to be due to the lack of registration of the school, which prevents students from receiving their balance number bulletins and, consequently, appear in the exam.
The president of the Popular Conference of MLA Handwara and J & K, Sajad Lone, raised the problem, stating that it is the government’s responsibility to ensure that unregistered schools do not work.
“22 students presented their exam forms of the tenth class through the Islamic global school, Padshahi Bagh Srinagar two months ago. Jkbose rejected his forms due to the non -registration of the school, “he wrote in ‘X’.
With exams from Monday, he said that students cannot obtain their balancing number slippers and, therefore, cannot sit for the exams “put their careers in danger.”
“It is the government’s work to ensure that unregistered schools do not operate. It is not the work of the parents. How do parents know if the school is registered or not? ”He added
Lone said that the responsibility of rescuing children falls to the government. “Please do not wash your hands as you do in everything. And it is not a ut or state problem. It is within the powers of the government. “
He said that Jkbose’s president can easily intervene and facilitate an association with a registered school. “Anything to rescue children.”
The president of the Private Schools Association of J & K (PSAJK), GN WAR, also raised the issue, stating that Jkbose’s authorities have not responded to concerns about the matter.
“The tenth class exam is February 17, 2025; 22 students of the Islamic global school have permission to appear, despite labeling DSEK orders. President Jkbose does not respond. Who will be responsible for spoiling the career of innocent students? asked.
The chief spokesman of the National Conference of MLA Zadibal and National (NC), Tanvir Sadiq, said that a delegation called the issue to his attention and urged the Minister of the Sakena Ita Ita Itao to intervene.
“22 students … They run the risk of losing their 10th exams of the Board due to the Jkbose registration pending school,” he said, added that despite due procedure, the approval has not been granted.
“These students should not suffer without their guilt. He urges him to intervene kindly and make sure they can appear for their exams. His future is at stake, “he wrote in a publication about ‘X’.
Despite multiple attempts, Sakena Itao remained not available to comment.
Meanwhile, the school affirmed its legal position, stating that it has a formal record and has ensured DSEK labeling orders.
However, he said that Jkbose has still denied his students the permission to sit down for the exams of the class 10 Board, which leads the institution to consider legal actions.
