WTW, a world leader in advisory, shift and human resources solutions, evaluated total remuneration for four key executive positions, including the president and the IFCJ CEO. The review examined base salaries and total compensation in cash, which incorporates annual incentive awards, to compare IFCJ salary structures against those of comparable non -profit organizations.
