The teen, who was found guilty, was being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail on $1 million bail, according to court records.

According to the Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court, the teen’s case was mandatory, meaning a juvenile’s case is automatically sent to adult court for decision without a judge first considering the facts or evidence.

He has a hearing scheduled for October 31 at 10:30 am.
