During an interview with Mid-day, Ananya opened up about her friendship with Sara Ali Khan. She shared: “Sara is outspoken now, but at school she was even more outspoken; that’s why it was always this myth. I actually hid from her at school because I used to be terrified. He went on to say that although they had a few encounters at school, nothing solidified their friendship. “We did a play together at school and she was the main character in the play and I was like holding her umbrella or something. Ananya revealed that they became good friends after joining Bollywood. “In fact, we’ve become friends now. She debuted a year before me and was very welcoming. She always said, ‘Let’s go to lunch,’ and she really made an effort to be friends.”
Sara Ali Khan made her Bollywood debut in 2018 with the film ‘Kedarnath‘, while Ananya did hers in the 2019 film ‘Student of year 2‘.
