The woman affirms that she was not allowed to address Indigo’s flight even with the confirmed ticket, the video goes viral

An Instagram user recently shared a reel expressing his frustration in Indigo Airlines, after supposedly they did not allow you to board a flight for which it had a confirmed ticket. Since then, its publication has gone viral and has taken many online ocular balloons. In the video, which is filmed inside a moving taxi, he says he is back from the Indira Gandhi International Airport of Delhi. She explains that she was supposed to fly home for her sister’s wedding, but could not do it because she was denied a seat on the flight. Upon arriving at the indigo counter at the airport, he says that he was told that the flight was excessively and, therefore, could not be able to board.

She clarified that she used three different email identifications three times to make check-in before her flight. She says that the check-in was apparently “successful”, but in reality he did not receive his shipment pass. Later, when he approached the counter to register his luggage, he was allegedly told that he was not assigned a seat. In addition, he said that a member of Indigo’s staff blamed her for the problem, claiming that she (the passenger) did not make her web record in time. “Can anyone tell me how a ticket confirmed at the airport can be rejected on the ship Day saying that Humne Flight Overbook Kar Di? (Saying that we have overcome the flight?”

In addition, he explained that he spent about 2 hours at the airport going from one counter to another to try to find a solution. She said Indigo’s staff told her that the best option they could offer was a seat on a flight the next day. Apparently, compensation was also offered, but he had not yet received it. This is how Instagram users reacted to this viral publication:

“This is very sad.”

“This is scary! What happens if you have any urgent work? And how did they refuse you a confirmed seat? This is totally unacceptable.”

“My God, this also happened to me! ¡¡¡¡Omb ‘Do you give it? “

“It can’t be rejected? Mechanism, should you check it before calling a consumer court.”

“This is not a scam. You are not aware of the compensation rules, as well as the reasons why flights are always in excess.”

“Honestly, the worst part is that they are legally allowed to overcome flights. They are only exploiting it.”
