Man seriously injured by two men in balaclavas in Armadale

A 38-year-old man is in serious condition in hospital after being attacked by two men wearing balaclavas.

Officers were called to a property in Lower Bathville in Armadale at around 7.25pm ​​on Saturday.

Police Scotland said their investigations suggested the two men, who were also dressed all in black, had been seen in the area at the time.

They were later seen getting into a white car traveling west on Lower Bathville.
