Chennai Boxer, 24, killed by gang, injured friend while trying to save him-tamil nadu news

A 24 -year -old boxer was killed in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, after being persecuted by a gang, while his friend, who tried to intervene, was seriously injured.

Danush, a triplicane resident in Chennai, was an consummated boxer who had represented Tamil Nadu in several competitions. He was preparing for police recruitment exams, but was involved in an altercation in his town two weeks ago, which led to charges against him.
