The driver was looking for his dog seriously injured in Milwaukie

Milwaukie, Oregon (KPTV) – The Milwaukie Police Department is asking for the help of the public to find a driver who fled after hitting a dog on the 224 highway.

Police say that a driver in a Mercedes Blanco sedan hit the dog and missed the dog owner at the intersection of the 224 highway and Southeast of Freeman, around 8:20 am on Sunday, January 26.

According to the reports, the driver stopped for a moment before continuing east on the 224 highway.
