One murdered, another seriously injured in St. Cloud Shooting on Sunday morning

(KNSI) – One person is dead and another is hospitalized after a shooting Sunday morning in an apartment building in St. Cloud.

According to a press release, the officers responded to the 200 of 2nd Street Northeast for a shooting report inside the building. When they arrived, the police found a 19 -year -old man in the corridor of the first floor apartments, and a 17 -year -old boy on the ladder between the first and second floor. Both had been shot. The teenager was declared dead on the scene. The 19-year-old was urgently taken to Centers. Cloud Hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

The suspects and the victims knew each other, and the shooting was not random.

The investigation is ongoing.
