Lucy Letby The medical experts do not find ‘there is no evidence of murder’ and blame the deaths of babies for ‘hospital errors’

Lucy Letby Medical Experts today said they found no “evidence” of murder and, on the other hand, blamed the death of babies for hospital errors.

The murderous nurse is fulfilling 15 orders of a lifetime to kill Seven babies in a one -year -old horror reign.

Leave34, also tried to kill another seven, including a baby twice, in the Countess of Chester hospital.

Today, a “Blue Riband Committee” of 14 neonatalogists said they found “without murders” after going through evidence at a press conference in London.

Letby lawyers revealed before the hearing that they have submitted a request to independent criminal cases Review Commission (CCRC) citing a spontaneous abortion of justice.

The CCRC will now investigate whether the case must be sent to the Court of Appeals, who are the only ones who can cancel a conviction.

Former Tory, Sir David Davis, presides over today’s panel, while the nurse’s lawyer, Mark McDonald, is also present.

Sir David, the deputy of Goole and Pocklington, wants a new trial for Letby and said he thinks he will clarify it from any irregularity.

He began today’s procedures saying that experts “will get along what I think is one of the main injustices of modern times.”

Among those of today’s panel are the retired doctor Dr. Shoo Lee, who was co -author of an academic document of 1989 on air embolism in creatureswhich appeared prominently in the Letby’s trial.

His work was used to support the theory that the nurse killed some of the children injecting them air.

Dr. Lee previously claimed that his findings on skin discoloration were “misrepresented” in court and that evidence “was not quite well.”

I am the expert who helped to nail Lucy Letby, and here are eight reasons why he is guilty

He said that he recently updated his academic document and did not find cases of skin discoloration linked to the air embolism by the venous system, as stated during the trial.

Speaking today, he told the press conference: “In short, ladies and gentlemen, we found no murder.

“There was no medical evidence to support the embezzlement that caused death or injuries in any of the 17 cases in the trial.

“The death or injury of all affected babies were due to natural causes or errors in medical care.

“There were serious problems related to the medical care of patients in this hospital.”

The retired doctor told the audience that one of the babies actually died from thrombosis and not in the air embolism.

Thrombosis is a condition in which a blood clot in a blood vessel forms, blocking blood flow.

Dr. Lee also told the audience that it was said that another baby collapsed when they were injected with air.

Prosecutors said the aerial embolism resulted in an “irregular discoloration of the skin and death.”

The doctor said today: “I would like to repeat what I said before, that there is no evidence that the embolism of air through the veins is in an irregular discoloration of the skin.

“So let’s rule out that, that’s not a consideration.”

The panel also heard that the death of a girl was preventable and that there was no evidence of an air embolism.

Dr. Lee suggested that doctors care for her not respond in a timely manner to a bacterial infection with antibiotics.

He also concluded that the child died from respiratory complications, without evidence of air embolism.

The members of the Heard Letby jury used insulin and air to inject newborns while working in the neonatal room and evicted their breathing tubes.

But Dr. Lee said in the case of a baby that “there was no evidence” that his tube was evicted.

Instead, the deterioration of the young man was caused by the use of a smaller tube, he added.

Letby’s lawyer, Mark McDonald, described today’s evidence as a “change of play” and promised to return the case to the Court of Appeal “for summer.”

The neonatal nurse has so far lost two offers to appeal against her convictions in court.

What about Lucy Letby now?

Lucy Letby team today issued a new appeal against their convictions, this time to the Criminal Case Review Commission (CCRC).

The CCRC is an independent body that investigates possible involuntary abortions of justice.

They will examine the case of Letby and decide whether to reach the threshold for a spontaneous abortion of justice.

If so, the case will be sent to the Court of Appeal, the only court that can revoke a conviction or sentence.

You can order a new trial in cases where a judge has made a mistake.

The courts must listen to any case sent by appeal, but there is no guarantee that the convictions are annulled.

The CCRC warned that the investigation will have been completing for some time.

In order for the CCRC to refer to a case, there should be new information that has changed the result of the case if the jury had known.

Letby has already lost two offers to challenge his sentences in the Court of Appeals.

His last in October was about his most recent conviction for the attempt to murder a girl.

The murderer declared “I’m innocent” As another life order in July after the new trial.

The jury members listened to how Baby K tried to kill when her breathing tube was less than two hours after she was born.

Baby K was transported to the Arrowe Park hospital and sadly died three days later, although prosecutors do not believe that the nurse caused her death.

Letby became the fourth woman to receive an entire life rate after Rose West, Joanna Dennehy and Myra Hindley When she was sentenced.

It was originally convicted of seven murder positions in August last year after a trial of nine months and 22 days of deliberation of the jury.

During their judgment, prosecutors argued that the collapses and deaths of children were not “natural tragedies” and, instead, the horrible work of “Poiseonon” Letby.

His uproar was finally discovered after the personnel suspected the “significant increase” in the number of babies who die or that suffer “catastrophic” collapses.

It was discovered that Letby was the “common denominator” among the horrible incidents.

A public investigation on how Letby was able to commit his crimes began in September, with the expected legal presentations in March.

The findings of Lady Justice Thirlwall are expected to be published this fall.

An investigation into Si Letby damaged other babies at the hospital of the Countess of Chester and Liverpool The Women’s Hospital is ongoing.

Letby has been interviewed at HMP Bronzefield in Ashford, Surrey, under caution in relation to the current investigation.

A CCRC spokesman said: “We are aware that there has been great speculation and comments around Lucy Letby, much of the parties with only a partial vision of evidence.

“We ask everyone to remember families affected by events at Condesa de Chester Hospital between June 2015 and June 2016.

“We have received a preliminary application in relation to the case of MS Letby, and the work has begun to evaluate the application. We anticipate that more presentations are submitted to us.

“It is not for the CCRC to determine innocence or guilt in a case, that is an issue for the courts.

“It is up to the CCRC to find, investigate and, if appropriate, refer to possible spontaneous abortions of justice to the courts of appeal when the new evidence or the new argument means that there is a real possibility that a conviction does not maintain or reduce a prayer”.

The CCRC said that “it is not possible” to give a term on how long the probe will take.
