The scared dog has a heartbreaking reaction to be called ‘good boy’

The reaction of a terrified dog being called “good boy” for the first time has left people crying.

Rocky Kanaka is a creator of American videos who takes refuge to street dogs and abandoned in a center of California, USA, until an owner is adopted. He shared an online heartbreaking video of a meekly German shepherd, where he calls him a “good boy.”

It is clear that the dog has never been called to this before, since it does not react to these words from Rocky at the beginning. The poor dog was taken to Rocky after the control of the animals was called to a property for a “confined street.”

The dog rescuer published a video on Facebook sat next to the German shepherd trying to relax and feel less scared. Speaking at the clip, Rocky said: “Let’s see if you know some common words that most dogs would know.

“We will see if he has ever heard it before. You may never hear this before. “

In front of the dog, he said: “You are a good boy,” but the dog did not move or react in any way. Rocky added: “It seems difficult to believe if you are a dog lover that if you had a dog you would not tell them that they are a good dog, but you can say with the non -reaction to anything that he does not understand what it is.

“But the surprising thing is that when your intentions are healthy and you are willing to be open and vulnerable, (…) you can link it to show you very quickly what it means.”

Rocky then repeated: “You are a good boy,” for the dog, but this time, he gave him a gift while he said it. The dog happily ate the gift and Rocky told him again that he is a “good boy.”

This time, he raised his ears in response to these words and turned to Rocky. The dog rescuer continued to tell the German shepherd who is a “good boy” while stroking his head, and the dog listened carefully.

After Rocky introduced the street dog to a toy and showed him a little more love and affection, the adorable animal soon began to smile and relax with a “posture of a safe and comfortable German shepherd.” The Facebook video has accumulated an amazing 6.8 million visits, 130,000 reactions and 4,400 comments at the time of writing.

A user said: “I started when you called him a good boy to see if he has heard it before and there was no reaction. Poor pop, he deserved to hear that he was a good boy before, now and always.

“He is such a good boy. Thank you for letting you know you can trust some people. I pray to find a patient, loving, forever at home. “

Another added: “His lack of reaction to the good boy made me cry. That poor baby deserves all love!

Other users commented: “Crying for this. My heart is breaking it “and” many of your videos make tears well in my eyes, but this full makes me cry. “

Others highlighted the change in the German shepherd after spending time with Rocky. They said: “He changed from 0 to 100 in an hour with you” and “Chico, surely changes with you there, he looks happier!”
