Ag Pam Bondi calls the ‘unconstitutional’ judges who block Trump’s agenda

Attorney General Pam Bondi is promising his full support for the efforts of President Donald Trump to combat government corruption, promising to challenge what she describes as activist judges that obstruct the agenda of her administration.

Talking Wednesday about “United States Writing Room“,” Bondi criticized federal judges who have blocked Trump’s executive orders aimed at government expenses, particularly through the Government Efficiency Department (DOGE).

“We have so many not chosen judges that try to control government spending. And there is a clear separation of powers,” Bondi said. “What they are doing (Elon Musk), to our country, is outrageous. You know, people work all their lives and pay taxes, however, they discover that they have been giving Guatemala $ 2 million for sexual changes. It is scandalous .

The executive actions of President Trump, aimed at freezing billions in loans, subsidies and financial assistance, have faced legal setbacks in courts from all over the country. The judges have also challenged federal purchases offered to government employees. Trump states that these decisions are deliberate attempts to prevent its administration from approaching corruption within the government.

“We want to eliminate corruption. And it seems difficult to believe that a judge can say that we do not want you to do that,” Trump told reporters during an informative news session at the Oval office. “Then, we may have to look at the judges, because that is very serious.”

Bondi clarified that the administration would not be directed to the judges personally, but would appeal their decisions through the legal system.

“These judges are appointments for life, but what we can do is appeal them,” he said, emphasizing the disposition of the administration of taking cases to the Supreme Court if necessary. “We have scandalous judges, too jealous and unconstitutional that try to control federal spending.”

One of the key problems that Bondi highlighted is the attempt of the administration to stop the funds for migrant housing, specifically addressing hotels such as the Roosevelt hotel in New York City.

“The Roosevelt Hotel … is the most prominent example … trying to force us to release dollars of taxes. That not chosen district judge is trying to do that to our entire country,” Bondi said. “But we will attract it, and that is our remedy.”

Elon Musk, head of the Government Efficiency Department, intervened on the Social Network Platform X (previously Twitter), stating: “The @Doge team has just discovered that FEMA sent $ 59 million last week to luxury hotels in the city in the city New York to house illegal migrants “

Tom Homan believes that the leaks of the ice raid are “from the interior” as the filtration of aurora closer to being identified

“That money is intended for American disaster relief and, on the other hand, is spent on high -end hotels for illegal!”

The Trump administration has tried to block Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Funds to be used to house migrants in New York City. However, the judges have arrested these efforts, including a note from the administration that seeks to stop billions in federal grants and loans. A federal judge issued a restriction order that prohibits the White House from preventing federal dollars from going to states and other organizations that receive government help.

Bondi also pointed out the internal opposition within the government, specifically with respect to the application of immigration. Tsar of Trump’s border, Tom homanInflation Probred Almations on leaks about ICE Raids in Colorado and California.

“We believe it comes from inside,” Homan said on Monday about “Hannity.” “We know that the first filtration in Aurora is under investigation, and we believe we have identified that person.”

According to the reports, the leaks allowed the members of the Venezuelan gang of Aragua to evade the capture last week, with federal agents that were mainly found with empty apartments and buildings. Despite this, approximately 30 people were arrested.

“It is quite dangerous to make these arrests. However, when you filled it and give it to the criminals who come, it could endanger lives,” Bondi said. “That is illegal. And we will not tolerate it in the FBI, in any department of the United States government.”
