Feed our incarcerated coacked future amid the accusations of witness manipulation

A judge ordered that a coacked in the feeding of our future case be sent to jail after prosecutors say he tried to intimidate a witness last week.

Abdinasir Abshir is accused of approaching Sharmake Jama outside the courtroom when he was about to testify last week. Jama already declared himself guilty of his role in fraud and agreed to testify in the trial of Aimee Bock, former feeding founder Our Future and Salim, said former co -owner of the Safari restaurant.

Abshir and his brother, Asad Abshir, are linked to stigma -free Mankato, a diet of our future site.

According to the recently revealed Federal Court documents, prosecutors said that postal inspector John Western would testify on the site after the break for lunch. They added that they planned to call a cooperating defendant to testify.

After the break for lunch, Abshir and another man entered the court room out loud.

“Based on the time of the arrival of abshir to the Court, it seemed that someone informed him about the testimony related to his fraudulent food site,” the judicial documents affirm.

The documents continue to say that, although the gallery was not full, abshir and the other man sat in the row closest to the jury. The two were asked to leave after being disruptive.

Shortly after, Jama’s lawyer told the prosecutors that Abshir had approached his client in the hall and asked to go to the bathroom together. Jama was waiting at the bank outside the courtroom to testify and told him to Abshir that he was testifying.

Jama said he felt intimidated and thought Abshir was trying to intimidate him. Jama’s lawyer said that after interaction, abshir and the other man sat at the other end of the hall and looked at them.

A judge will decide whether Abshir must remain in custody at a detention hearing scheduled for Friday morning.
