The Indian influence council receives an overwhelming response within 10 days after the establishment

The Indian influence council (IIGC) launched about 10 days ago to address concerns about transparency, fair compensation and content authenticity. Since its launch, it has received more than 100 membership requests and dozens of media coverage, including national printing coverage. The requests from the Board advisers have also increased and, in general, has received positive responses from everywhere.

The Council shared these achievements in LinkedIn through a publication.

Key issues that will address IIGC

IIGC will work towards:

  • Transparency in brand collaborations: ensuring that pay promotions are clearly revealed to consumers.
  • Fair compensation for influential people: advocate for standard rates and fair payment structures.
  • Content credibility and fact verification: adopt a consumption approach first to stop the wrong information.
  • Responsible marketing practices: encourage brands to prioritize authentic commitment on vanity metrics.

Why was Iigc formed?

This advice was founded with a mission to empower creators, advocate for fair policies and promote the creation of responsible content. At present, there are more than 65 advisors of the Board and the Board consists of main influential, trademarks and agency leaders.

The body will mainly focus on closing the gap between influential people, brands, consumers, agencies and government regulators to guarantee compliance and innovation in the sector.

Who leads IIGC?

The body is headed by Sahil Chopra, founder and CEO of Icubeswire, who serves as president. Other key founding members include:
