Tom Osborne “very seriously” considering the federal race, hopes to make a decision at the end of the weekend

Osborne spent 30 years as provincial MHA.

Initially he was chosen as a progressive conservative, but in 2012 he left the game to sit as independent, and would join the Liberal Party less than year later.

Osborne retired from provincial politics last summer, but now he is looking at a possible career in Ottawa.

Osborne says that the moment was correct when he retired as Mha last year, and at that time he was not considering any type of political future.

However, that recently changed with numerous people, including former voters, friends and people with connections with the party that is approaching and asked him to run.

“I guess when politics is in your blood, it is always in your blood. It is part of you. I miss that? There are times that I absolutely miss it. There is no doubt about it. And make people communicate and say that they want me to look at it is undoubtedly an honor. And, you know, know that they were happy with the contribution I made and I feel that I have an additional contribution that is also an honor. “
