Officer off -duty, stabbed after trying to break a fight | News

According to the Police, a police officer out of service was stabbed and beaten early this morning after he tried to intervene in a fight in Charles Vincent Street, according to the police.

Police said the officer tried to stop the fight when he was attacked to the facial area with a bottle, beaten by the body and stabbed in the chest.

“The suspect (s) responsible for this incident left the scene in an unknown direction,” police said in the daily crime report.

“The emergency medical services visited the scene and transported the officer to the hospital, where it was the last time it appeared in stable conditions.”
