Woman seriously burned in a chemical assault

Mobile, wing. (Wala) – On Monday morning, Jasmine Clausell was preparing for the day at home at Springdale Road in Mobile when an unexpected moment changed everything.

Shaita Fox said she received a call that her daughter was being taken to the hospital.

“Jasmine said his face and body are burning,” Fox said.

The mobile police said after a physical altercation, Clausell was assaulted by another woman who supposedly warmed a chemist in the microwave and threw it. The police say that he then took a gun from Clausell.

The single mother, who is a aestheticist and in the nursing school, was very burned. Most of the injuries were on the face, but his mother said the burns extended by his chest, back, arms and legs.

Fox said: ‘She has just been in many pain medications, basically throughout the day. It is swollen and disfigured. It’s a lot to her. ”

The mobile police said that Quicheay “Q” Williams de Marietta, Ga is the suspect. She is accused of 1st assault. He also went to the hospital for some injuries.

Fox said his daughter and Williams have been friends for almost five years.

He said three weeks ago, Clausell learned that Williams was sleeping in his car around the Atlanta area.

“Then, Jasmine told him that you can go with me for a few weeks just to gather, maybe finding a job and she told him to help her with whatever,” Fox said.

Fox said that when his daughter told Williams that he needed to find another place to stay, Williams apparently broke.

Fox said: “She told Jasmine: ‘I’m not leaving. I’m not going to let you get me out of the house.”

Fox said at some point that Williams was warming what she thinks she was Drano and then threw him to Clausell.

“Jasmine said that when he happened he didn’t smell like Bleach or anything and that is the only thing he could think,” said Fox.

Clausell spoke briefly from his hospital bed. She said she feels blind.

“My feelings are injured but I’m not angry. It hurts me. Everything hurts. My eye hurts. My head hurts, ”said Clausell.

“I think it is mentally affecting it. She keeps saying “am I going to see myself so forever?” Fox said.

If you want to help Clausell while recovering, there is a GOFUNDME account configured for her.
